Breakages/returns

I package all my orders as carefully as possible for shipping. Sometimes accidents happen so if your order arrives damaged or broken please get in touch with me at rosiehayceramics@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving, with photographs of the damaged piece, and I can arrange for a replacement or a refund to be sent to you.

I hope that you are pleased with your order, however if for any reason you aren’t happy with your finished piece please contact me at rosiehayceramics@gmail.com  to discuss and I can arrange for a replacement or a refund to be sent to you on return of original order. For returning items, they will need to be sent back in their original packaging and the postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer. It is recommended to send as a tracked package, as the parcel is the customers responsibility until it is received back with me.
